CAFM Consultant, Project Manager

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsible to support Sales and Marketing team. Responsible for Business Analysis, Consultancy and Project Management for multiple contracts and customers.

𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Consultant Responsibilities 
•  Meet with customers, analyze and document their business requirements 
•  Maintain Client relationships and communication. 
•  Implement and parameterize CAFM solutions based on customer requirements 
•  Identify and recommend product parameterization, enhancements, or workarounds 
•  Follow up on the pending project and prospect tasks and timelines 
•  Develop custom reports and KPIs according to customer requirements 
•  Train customers on the implemented software application. (user manual / videos wherever applicable) 
•  Provide customer on-site and remote support and troubleshoot issues. 
•  Pre-Sale support, including preparing and presenting application demos 
•  Self-motivated, comfortable working independently and taking initiative without direct orders 
•  Maintain a healthy relationship with the customer during and after the project completion 
•  Occasionally travel outside UAE for customer projects implementations and demos 
•  Prepare materials for presentations including proofreading & formatting documents, charts, tables, graphs, plans, etc. for various reporting and KPIs. 
•  Post project implementation support.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

•  Lead the implementation, accountable for overseeing, planning and driving projects 
•  Responsible for all elements of a project from inception through to completion and sign off with the customer. 
•  Managing project budget, ensuring the quality of the project or project timeline. 
•  Develop project scope and objectives for respective work streams involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility is met as per business requirements 
•  Develop a detailed project plan to track progress with milestones, highlight critical paths and be drive each work stream towards closure.
•  Performing GAP analysis and defining solutions to gaps between clients requirements and solution features and liaise with the development team to develop the functionality. 
•  Initiate pre-implementation phase of customer installation, Proof of Concept Pilot – training, presentation, testing and modification. 
•  Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and budget cost. 
•  Perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate issues on deadlines as early as possible to senior management to enable appropriate corrective action to be taken. 
•  Establish and maintain relationships with project based third parties/vendors during the course of a project cycle 
•  The projects will be both cross-departmental and have dependencies on other programs and projects, therefore, requiring a high level of collaboration, and management skills to deliver within the constraint of scope, quality, time and budget. 
•  The role necessitates strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of experience working at a management level and coordinating with other senior-level multifunctional stakeholders to achieve an outcome. 
•  Accountable for project success and the day-to-day management of project execution which includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to agreed contracts, plans and project milestones. 
•  Daily, Weekly development meeting with the teams. 
•  Assist with end – user training.

Education/Qualification, Skills, Competencies and Experience
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in product development. 
• Project Management qualification such as Prince2, PMP / Agile 
• Knowledge and experience in facility management or CAFM technology is highly preferred 
• The ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, self-review your work and produce deliverables of high quality under tight client deadlines in time-pressured environments 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills 
• Education: Minimum Degree Bachelor’s degree 
• Expert level skills with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project / PM tools and experience in developing mock-ups. 
• Project Management skills and tools 
• Experience of full project lifecycle through initiation, execution, Go-Live and closure 
• Experience managing resources, time tracking, budgets and forecasting 
• Experience in working in a client & project-oriented industry. 
• Technical knowledge of software and implementation processes 
• Exposure to software development processes and enterprise-level technical architectures 
• The ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, self-review your work and produce deliverables of high quality under tight client deadlines in time-pressured environments 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills 
• Language Skills: Fluent in English. Multilingual/Arabic is a plus
