| Job Purpose Main purpose is to monitor and manages the energy and sustainability efficiency of a facility or organization. The job holder must implement conservation measures, monitor energy consumption, assess business decisions for sustainability and energy usage and seek out opportunities for increasing energy efficiency. |
| Accountabilities |
| Consultant Responsibilities • Develop, coordinate and implement strategies and policies to reduce energy consumption. • Setting targets for energy reduction. • Responsible for all planned maintenance, reactive diagnosis, and repairs. • Scouting for new technologies and best practices to achieve the goals. • Encourage the use of renewable and sustainable energy resources within an organization or community and raise the profile of energy conservation. • Create policies and systems for buying energy and helping with contract negotiations. • Provide technical and practical advice / action and offer training on energy efficiency. • Maintain accurate records and regularly collect energy monitoring data. • Be responsible for promoting awareness of Carbon Managements Plan and Energy policy, promote best practices in all activities and ensure compliance with current and emerging energy and environmental legislations. • Work in close consultation with our subcontractors, operations manager, engineers and maintenance team ensuring that energy efficiency factors are incorporated. • Search the Global market and Establish connections and long-lasting relations with hardware suppliers to get the best hardware for New Projects • Should be able to take part in creating project plans, Coordinate project execution and follow-ups and ensure Completion timelines are met • Should be able to carry out hardware installation and configuration in various projects/ client locations as well as monitor regularly to ensure devices are working fine and the required outcome is being achieved. Project Manager Responsibilities • Lead the implementation, accountable for overseeing, planning and driving projects • Responsible for all elements of a project from inception through to completion and signoff with the customer. • Managing project budget, ensuring the quality of the project or project timeline. • Develop project scope and objectives for respective work streams involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility is met as per business requirements • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress with milestones, highlight critical paths and be drive each workstream towards closure. • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and budget cost. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate issues on deadlines as early as possible to senior management to enable appropriate corrective action to be taken. • Establish and maintain relationships with project based third parties/vendors during the course of a project cycle • The projects will be both cross-departmental and have dependencies on other programs and projects, therefore, requiring a high level of collaboration, and management skills to deliver within the constraint of scope, quality, time, and budget. • The role necessitates strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of experience working at a management level and coordinating with other senior-level multifunctional stakeholders to achieve an outcome. • Accountable for project success and the day-to-day management of project execution which includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to agreed contracts, plans and project milestones. |

| Education/Qualification, Skills, Competencies and Experience |
| • Graduation in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical); Masters will be plus. • Extensive experience of energy conservation, facilities management, operations and maintenance of building management system and its components. • Project Management qualification such as Prince2, PMP / Agile • The ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, self-review your work and produce deliverables of high quality under tight client deadlines in time-pressured environments • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills • Project Management skills and tools • The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East where the project dictates • Experience of full project lifecycle through initiation, execution, Go-Live and closure • Experience in working in a client & project-oriented industry. • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills |
